Katie (Haskins) Connor

Katie H. Connor, 91, born January 28, 1925 in Princeton, WV, passed away peacefully on August 1, 2016 at Brookdale Senior Living. After graduating from Central High School (Columbus), she attended The Ohio State University, where she became a lifelong Buckeye fan. From a young age, Katie dedicated her life to Christ and was a long standing member of Mt. Olivet Baptist Church. She retired from Chemical Abstract Services after 25 years of service. Predeceased by husband Charles Connor, daughter Carolyn Connor, parents Perry and Anna Haskins, 4 brothers, and one sister. Survived by son Connor (Sandra); daughter Donna Mathews; grandchildren, Tiffany Woods, Sean Mathews, Darin (Tykea) Mathews, Johnathan Johnson, and Dianesty Johnson; 8 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
