Kenneth Lee Palmore was born on September 14, 1931 in Columbus, Ohio. Kenneth completed the cycle of life on Saturday, October 24, 2020. He was one of eight children born to the late Robert and Geraldine Palmore. Kenneth graduated from East High School, where he ran track and played on the football team. Soon after high school, he joined the United States Army, where he proudly served his country. Kenneth received a Purple Heart while fighting in the Korean War. He was a faithful member of Hilltop United Methodist Church; during his 60-year membership, he became a Boy Scout Master, choir member and an avid bible study member. Kenneth’s career included working at North American and Federal Glass. He retired from International Paper.
