Kerrie Carter

Kerrie Carter, age 62, was born April 12, 1956 in Columbus, Ohio to Thomas and Ruby Carter. She moved to Columbus Development Center in 1968 where she resided until her passing. Kerrie worked at Goodwill Industries for many years. She genuinely loved her job. She was kind and gentle. She could be found doing puzzles, coloring or attending workshops. She really enjoyed listening to music, singing, and dancing. On Tuesday, July 31, 2018, Kerrie transitioned to Heaven. She is preceded in death by her parents, aunt Franzella Carter, and uncles Albert Carter and James Carter, Jr., grandfather James Carter, Sr., and grandmothers Adele Carter and Fannie Waller. Kerrie leaves to cherish her memory her brother, Duane Carter; sister, Kimberly Marion; nieces, Amber Stevenson and Juanita Marion; great nieces, Kierra Champavanarath and Madison Stevenson; and a host of really good friends.
