Larry James 'Mountain' Gibbs

Larry James Mountain Gibbs, age 68, was born in Washington, KY on November 7, 1945. He went home to be with the Lord Thursday, November 14, 2013. Larry served in the United States Army and was honorably discharged in March 1968. He was employed by T.I.C.O., and was united in marriage to Marie Florence Nallie on December 31, 1987. Larry was predeceased by his father, Thelbert T. Gibbs; brother, Sam Gibbs; sister, Tondelea Gibbs-Green; and special cousin, Pat Danner. He leaves to mourn his passing his devoted and loving wife, Marie; mother, Margaret Gibbs; mother-in-love, Manesa Nallie; sons, Mario Gibbs, Sr., and Charles Nallie, Sr.; sisters, Marva Hood, Tonette Gibbs; brothers, Kenny Gibbs, NY; Ronnie T Gibbs; grandchildren, Martina Marie Gibbs, Mario Gibbs, Jr., Charles Nallie, Jr., Malik Gibbs; great-grandchildren, Madison Marie, Mario, III; and soon-to-be-born, MacKenzie Marie; sister-in-law, Barbara Gibbs; aunt, Bessie Warner, of Washington, KY; special cousin, Wanda Clark, and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews. Larry was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather and will be greatly missed; he will always be kept alive in the hearts of his loved ones.
