Lester Weather Jr

Lester Weather Jr. (64) was born on October 11,1959 to Lester Weather Sr. and Kathryn Weather in Dayton, Ohio. He was the 5th of 8 children and was affectionately known as Lil Les. Shortly thereafter the family moved to Columbus, Ohio, where he spent his entire life.

Lester proudly served in the United States Navy and he worked at Columbus City Schools for over 25 years where he was greatly loved! Outside of work, Lester enjoyed sports he was a big fan of both football and basketball and his favorite teams were Ohio State, Duke and The Pittsburgh Steelers. He also loved Holidays especially family cookouts. He was a very outgoing and happy go-lucky person who kept everyone laughing.

Overall he was a great son, brother, uncle, friend and colleague and he will be greatly missed.

Lester was preceded in death by both of his parents, Lester Weather Sr. and Kathryn Weather, his brothers West Dozier and Marvin Weather, sisters Sarah (Bradley) Jackson, and Sherry Commedo, nephews Rashad Weather and Lamarr Weather and niece Keysha (Lamonte) Trout. He leaves behind sisters Denise Weather, Pamela Weather, brother David Weather, and nieces Danyell Weather and Danika Weather and a host of great nieces, nephews and cousins to cherish his memory.
