Lias Cleveland Reese, 79, was born in Pendleton, South Carolina on November of 1931. Lias Reese was preceded by the death of his father Cleve Reese, mother Katherine Reese, Brother Jerry Reese, and brother Michael Reese. Lias Reese served in the United State Army as a Military Police Officer and was honorably discharged on September 30, 1962. Lias retired as an electrian from the American Electric Power Company and Jack Manufacturing Company. Lias graduated from Wilberforce University on June 14, 1954 with a Bachelor of Science in Education and was a member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. Lias loved his family, loved church, and most of all loved his faith in god. Lias wore his illness with his faith in God. Lias served as a Sunday School Teacher at the Tabernacle Baptist Church for over 46 years. Lias sung with the male chorus for many years. Lias leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife Agnes Inez Reese, son Ronald Reese, daughter Alice Price, daughter Margaret Langston, son in law Frank Price, sister Linda Reese, granddaughter Sandra Langston, grandson Glenn Langston, grandson Marvin Price, grandson Bryant Price, granddaughter in law LeSann Price and great grandchildren Niqua Langston, Tanasha Smith, Jeremiah Smith, Ariana Price, Beanne Price, and Taylor Morrison.
