Lillian Inez Lewis Macer, age 79, of Worthington, Ohio went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, January 12, 2013, with her husband at her bedside. She was born May 18, 1933 in Lansing, Arkansas, and was a member of St. John A.M.E. Church of Worthington. She was a very special person, retiring as a mathematics teacher from the Worthington School District in 1987, where she was earned many honors and excelled in education. She is a lifetime member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., which focuses on scholarship and community service. She predeceased by her father, Joe Lewis; mother, Carmen Thompson Lewis; and daughter-in-law, Vicki Jenkins Macer. She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband of 52 years, Richard Macer; children, Richard, II; (Pamela), Lynette (Timothy), and David; grandchildren, Lauren, Aaron, Lovell, and Nehemiah; a brother, Wilber (Odessia) Lewis, of Toledo, OH; and many nieces and nephews, other family and friends; including special sisters, Irma, Velma, Loretta, Donna and Connie.
