Lolita Malone

Lolita L. Malone, age 59, born June 29, 1963 in Columbus, Ohio, passed away Thursday, April 6, 2023. Lolita was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. "Loach" as she was affectionately called by family and friends, graduated from Walnut Ridge High School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University.

Lolita was very talented. At an early age, she learned to play the piano and in her teenage years she was a model. She was the first Back Miss Ohio Teen.

Lolita was a customer service specialist with Verizon wireless for over 17 years. She was very generous, donating to multiple charities. She loved people, watching sports, and fashion.

She was proceeded in death by her mother Margie Malone, grandfather Milliard Upshaw, and Fannie Mae Upshaw. Left to cherish her memories are her brother, Rodney Malone; father, Robert Malone; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
