Louise Mitchell

Louise (Caldwell) Mitchell, age 78, departed this life on Monday, January 27, 2014. She was born on March 22, 1935 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Fannie M. Bush and Frank R. Caldwell Sr. She graduated from Central High School. She later met and married the late Noel Mitchell Jr. Louise previously worked for OSU Hospitals and Xerox Corporation. She grew up in Friendship Baptist Church, Columbus, Ohio under Reverend Gleaves. She would later move her membership to Pleasant Green Baptist Church and then to Love Zion Baptist Church, under Pastor Hubert Baker. Louise had a strong faith in God. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, who enjoyed spending time with her family. She enjoyed the simple things in life. She loved seeing her flowers bloom in the Spring; The Ohio State Buckeyes and going on the Amish trips in October with her church family. She leaves to cherish her memories, five children; Cynthia, Theresa, Greg (Christine), Jeff, of Atlanta Georgia, and Princess (Todd); three grandchildren, Reginald, Courtney and Renay; one great grandson, Braylen; sister, Juanita Perry; sister-in-law, Bessie Bush; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and church family.
