Her membership began when First Church was located on Fair Avenue where she served as a faithful disciple and as a volunteer in the food pantry under the leadership of Mother Payne. Later she was employed at Ohio Avenue School and Catholic Social Services. Our Mom loved STUDYING the bible and FISHING! She enjoyed playing UNO and interacting with friends and family. She looked forward to traveling especially going to see her family in Detroit and down South.
