Mary Street

Mary L Street, 81, of Columbus, OH, passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2025.

She was born in Silver City, Mississippi on May 8, 1943, to the late Jessie and Lula (Johnson) Street.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings: brothers, Napolean Street, Willie Street, Jessie Street Jr., and James Street; sisters, Corine Starr, Mildred Richardson, and Maria Herron.

Mary enjoyed spending time with her sons, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, especially sitting on a large front porch. Mary enjoyed cooking for her family, and no one ever left her home filling empty.

The surviving family includes sons, Hubert Street, Micheal (Johna) Street, and Lamonte Street; grandchildren, Herbert Street, Kimberly (Trevin) Smith, MiKayla Jefferson-Street, Mikelleon Street, Bailey Street, and Hailee Street; great-grandchildren, Jaylen Smith, Kayden Smith, Raelynn Smith, Aaliyah Jefferson-Holt, JayVion Jefferson, Jayla Jefferson-Truitt, and JaMiyah Jefferson-Truitt; and a host of nieces and nephews and great friends that she considered as family.
