Mckinley Raymore Iii

McKinley Raymore was born in Beckley, West Virginia on April 4, 1960, relocating to Columbus, Ohio during grade school. He went home to be with his heavenly father May 13, 2016. His parents, Mr. Will McKinley and Mrs. Jessie Ruth Raymore, precede him in death. McKinley graduated from Walnut Ridge High School in 1978, later attending Franklin University. He married Erica in 1997 and they began building their family together. McKinley was an avid football fan, loved Gahanna Lincoln Football, but his true love was that “team up north” that proudly wears that maize and blue, The Wolverines. He enjoyed a lengthy career employed at State Auto Insurance working with his clients to ensure their insurance needs were handled in a professional and timely manner. His area of specialty was commercial insurance lines. He also actively served in the deacon ministry during his time of fellowship at Calvary Tremont Baptist Church prior to transitioning to New Covenant Believers’ Church (NCBC) where he and his family currently attend.Over the past three years, The Raymore’s have actively participated in the Empowerment Zone for Married Couples at NCBC. McKinley was a devoted husband, father, and brother. He will be deeply missed by his beloved wife, Erica Harris Raymore; daughter, Morgan Sophia; sons, Percy Isiah and McKinley IV; sister, Diane Raymore; brother, Joe Kirksey and a host of other family members and lifelong friends.
