Melanie E. Brown

Melanie Earlene Brown, age 65, departed this life peacefully on April 14, 2022. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Owens and father, Earl Harris, and step-father, Jonathan Owens. Melanie is survived by her brother, George Harris and devoted uncles, Milton Jones and Benjamin Jones; special Aunt Barbara Jean Easley, aunt Doris Aimery and a host of cousins and extended family members. Melanie will be remembered for her sweet spirit, creativity and colorful flair. Melanie had a passion for fashion and a gift for creating her own distinctive style. As a teenager she enjoyed exploring modeling and drama. Melanie was a graduate of Central High School. Melanie was loved by her family and extended family, she will be deeply missed.
