Michael Anthony Green

Michael Anthony Green was called home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 28, 2017. He was born May 28, 1980 in Columbus, Ohio to the union of Sylvester and Cynthia (Parker) Green. Graduate of Walnut Ridge High School 1998. He loved spending time with family and friends especially his cousins. He was a loving and caring person who always had other’s welfare at heart; thinking of others first. He had an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive way. Michael lived life through simple pleasurers: chatting with everyone, watching movies, and enjoying his favorite sports teams, Dallas Cowboys and Chicago Bulls. “To know him was to love him.” He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by, maternal grandparents, Albert and Olivia Parker; fraternal grandparents, Dave Green and Bessie Green; aunts, Nadine May, Joanne O’Neil, Carrie Larkin-Russell, Christine Green and Marlene Coleman; uncles, Eddie May, Harry (Baby Ray) Ray Sr., Harold Thornton, Donald Jackson, Dave Green, Jerry Green, Brent Tanner, and Larry Thomas; cousins, Marvin Hampton, Harry Ray Jr., Douglas Berry Sr., Dave (Donnie) Green, Ernest (Romey) Brock, Danyetta Shanice Green, and Marita Green.
