Michael "Big Mike" Grady Sr.

Michael "Big Mike" L. Grady was called home on August 26, 2022. A 1963 graduate of Central High School, Michael spent most of his adult life in the field of engineering retiring in 2012 as the Plant Supervisor of LSII. He also coached the WSBC youth football and basketball teams and spent many summers building steel drum grills for family, friends and the like. Michael is preceded in death by his parents, Eunice (Ragland) and Linwood Grady Sr, Bertha (Billy, deceased)Woodson, Linwood Grady Jr, And George Grady. He is Survived by his loving wife, Thelia: Children; Michael Grady Jr., Michelle Bailey and Marie Grady; Grandchildren, Calvin Twyman, Alexxis Grady, Ayanna Bailey, Devin Grady and Senaway Bailey II; Bonus Granddaughters, Oshena Twyman and Johnet Twyman; siblings, Alma (Calvin, deceased) Wade, Alvis Grady, Vinson Grady, and Darrell ( Pam) Grady; as well as countless nieces, nephews and cousins.
