Monica Thelma Ross

Monica Thelma Naomi Thompson Shultz Ross, 89, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 9, 2010. She was born on January 18, 1921 in Freeport, New York. She is survived by her daughter Sharon (Harvey) Gates; sons Michael and Mark Ross; grandchildren, Alexander Whyms, William Whyms, Jason Ross, and Ashley Ross; great granddaughters Alexis Whyms and Kayla Reeves; great grandson Jason Ross, Jr.; nieces Beverly Ross-Carter and Theresa Young; a host of great nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Memorial Service 12 noon, Friday, December 17, 2010 at Mt. Vernon Avenue A.M.E. Church, 1127 Mt. Vernon Ave., where the family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the start of service.
