Myrtice “Sue” Holland was born to Julius and Mozelle Holland on April 18, 1947 in Griffin, Georgia. She was the eighth of ten children. In 1958, she and her sisters moved to Columbus, Ohio where she later graduated from South High School in 1966. She gained employment as a seamstress and was later employed with Capital City Products where she gave 23 years of service. She dedicated her later years helping her family and others selflessly. She never knew a stranger and often opened both her heart and her home to those in need. Myrtice was a faithful member of Trinity Baptist Church attending services as her health allowed. Sue enjoyed difficult puzzles, landscaping, reading, playing cards, and spending time with family and friends. Sue departed this life to abide with her Heavenly Father on Sunday, March 6, 2016. She was predeceased by her parents, brothers John Sr., Chester Sr., William, and Robert Dean, and sister Nina Mae. She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter Tia (Chris); two grandchildren, Malik and Sanaiya; brother Morris (Hattie) Holland, Sr.; sisters, Lillian (Julius) Mayo, Wilda, Magnolia, and Valerie Wyatt; nieces, nephews, great nieces and -nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors.
