Nancy L. Millner

Mother Nancy Lee Millner was born on August 26, 1934 in Amonate, Virginia, to the late Isaac and Ida Millner. Mother Millner went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 2, 2015 at the Kobacker House. Mother Millner relocated to Columbus, Ohio in 1960, where she was a homemaker who solely raised four children. She instilled in her children the importance of family. She loved to cook for her family and would cook for other people also. She liked helping people in any way she could. Mother Millner became a member of New Mt. Sinai COGIC in January 2011 under Dr. Robert L. James, whom she loved dearly. She enjoyed working with the church’s food give-away until such time as her health began to fail. Mother Millner is preceded in death by her parents, four sisters and four brothers. She leaves to cherish her loving memory, four children – Frank, Carolyn, Jeffrey and Karen; one brother, William Millner of Alliance, Ohio; four grandchildren – Tamika, Takai, Toshia and Jeffrey; five great-grandchildren – Aujanique, Tyrique, Kheaven, Que’Vaun and Keon.
