Naomi Kate Allen

NAOMI KATE ALLEN was born on Wednesday, July 1, 1942, in Keiser, Arkansas, to Bud and Ruth Carter. In 1962, she graduated from Wilson Trade School. On July 16, 1964, Naomi married Mr. Sam Allen Jr. and was blessed with three children. Naomi was a member of The Elevation Church, where she served as a Deaconess, a member of the Missionary Society, a VBS helper, and in janitorial. Naomi also volunteered with Life Care Alliance for ten years. Naomi worked at Lutheran Village Nursing Home and OSU Laundry Department. Blessed with 78 years of life, Naomi entered eternal rest on Saturday, December 5, 2020. Alone with her parents, she was predeceased by her son, Craig Allen; brothers, Freddy Joe, William, and Jessie Carter; and nephew, John White. Naomi leaves to cherish her sister, Hannah Harris; son, Sam (Liz) Allen III; and daughter, Kim (Walter) Allen-Green; grandchildren, Brandie, Christopher, Mitchell, Samuel, Alexis, and Jessica Allen, Donshe Roberts, and Alyssa (Austin) Untied; great grandchildren, Zavier, Christopher, Zion, Archer, and Amyia; nephew, Jimmie White; special friends, Joan Cousins and Mary Napper; a host of cousins, other relatives, church family, and friends.

Beginning at 1pm, doors will open for a walk-through viewing. For the mutual wellness and respect of those present, all visitors are asked to wear an appropriate face covering, apply an alcohol-based hand sanitizer spray upon entry, and maintain proper distancing according to current public health guidelines. We encourage you to utilize Naomi's memorial celebration wall to send flowers and post an expression of sympathy and support for the family. A receptacle will also be available for on-site collection of sympathy cards and condolence letters.
