Her parents were Mr. Jim and Mrs. Katie Braxton, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband Ollie Reed, Brother William (Betty) Davis, Daughter Michelle Braxton, Sons James and Albert Reed, and Niece Gloria Braxton.
