Patricia A. White lived a beautiful and remarkable life. Affectionately known as "Pat," she was born on March 16, 1934, in Gallipolis, Ohio to the late Vernon W. Keels and Eleanor Keels. At an early age, Patricia was baptized at Corinth Missionary Church and walked steadfastly in the Lord's path throughout her life. Patricia graduated as the valedictorian from Cadmus High School in 1952 and magna cum laude from Rio Grande College in 1954, where she earned an associate's degree. Patricia shared precious stories about how she "burned the midnight oil" and typed her papers by candlelight while pursuing her education, which speaks to her courage and resilience. After completing college, she moved to Columbus, OH for better job opportunities in 1955. On April 27, 1971, Patricia was united in marriage with her soulmate, Norman L. White until the time of his passing on July 30, 1985. Patricia retired from the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services after 57 years of dedicated service on December 21, 2013. Patricia took her first heavenly breath on April 16, 2022, after peacefully passing away in Pickerington, Ohio.
