Patsy E. Dooley, 87, returned to heaven on her birthday, February 10, 2018. She passed away peacefully and will be loved and missed by family and friends. The daughter of Eugene and Agnes Adams, Patsy attended The Ohio State University and was employed by the State of Ohio. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Lowell Dooley, sister Mary Adams Brooks, and brother Carey Eugene Adams. Patsy is survived by her loving sister Opal Adams Scott and brother-in-law Dr. James F. Scott, Jr.; nieces, Dr. Jean Opal Scott and Jennifer Scott Underriner, Esq.; and nephews, Todd Adams, Brian Adams Brooks and Dr. James F. Scott, III; and a host of other relatives and friends.
