Paul Dennis Dorn

Paul Dennis Dorn, died unexpectedly at his home in Canal Winchester, Ohio on August 2, 2015, at age 46. Paul was born in Middletown, Ohio, on February 17, 1969 to Milledge and Betty Dorn. Though it ended too soon, he genuinely enjoyed his life and dedicated it to the service of others. After graduating from Shaw University and Ohio University, he began a long career working with non-profit organizations; most recently he became the Executive Director at MACC. Paul also worked as a Social Worker at Nationwide Children’s Hospital for ten years. For over twenty years, Paul was a National Facilitator Trainer for the Anti-Defamation League: A World of Difference Program and a volunteer mentor for SIMBA. Previously he served as Vice President of Corporate Compliance at Saint Vincent's Family Centers. He devoted his spare time to becoming a life member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. Paul is mourned by his parents, Milledge and Betty Dorn; his daughter, Braedyn; wife, Jennifer; brothers, Larry Dorn, Kenneth Dorn (Charlene), Jerry Dorn (Donna) and Michael Dorn (Christina); sister, Mary Lynn Spencer (Terrell); niece Daria Dorn-Mosley (Andre); nephews, Terrell Spencer, Jr. and Tyler Spencer, Godchild Aubrey Haynes, and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, great nephews and great nieces, and friends and most importantly, his cherished dog Roxy, that will remember him with much love.
