Phyllis Ann Greathouse-Gore was born on September 27, 1949 in Fort Payne, Alabama. She was the daughter of Willie Joe and Audrey Lee Greathouse. She married to the love of her life Lester Gore on June 17, 2006. Their marriage produced a blended family of 6 children: Tomika, Antonio, Sonnetta, Leland, Meaka, and Melissa.
