Phyllis Annette 'Toni' (Toler) Hatcher

Phyllis A. Toni Hatcher, age 57, born November 11, 1953 in Welch, West Virginia, passed away Thursday, June 16, 2011. A graduate of Linden-McKinley H.S., Phyllis was previously employed by the Ohio Department of Health and was a devoted member of First Church of God where she served on the usher board. Preceded in death by parents, Isaiah Ike and Lee Anna Toler. Survived by loving husband Johnny V. Hatcher; sons Jason G. Carter and Jonathan S. Hatcher; granddaughter Amya J. Rogers-Hatcher; brother G. Lee Toler, Sr.; two aunts and a host of nephews, nieces, other family and friends. Celebration of Life 12 noon, Thursday, June 23, 2011 at First Church of God, 3480 Refugee Road, where the family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the start of service. Interment Eastlawn Cemetery.
