Son/Brother/Grandson/ Nephew/Cousin/Friend/Director/ Choreographer, Quentin was the Artistic Director of State of the Arts Productions. He was cast in his first professional show, Gypsy! under the direction of multiple Tony Award nominee Terrence Mann. He attended Baldwin-Wallace University's Conservatory of Music, under the guidance of Victoria Bussert. He has been blessed with many performance opportunities, but some favorites include Gypsy with Donna McKenchie, Richie in quite a few productions of A Chorus Line, and Gilbert/Seaweed understudy, and dance captain for a few professional productions of Hairspray. He also went on tour four seasons in a row with Theatre in the Park's renowned production of A Christmas Carol. Quentin has performed in venues such as Mac-Haydn Theatre in New York, The Little Theatre on the Square in Illinois, Connecticut Repertory Theatre, and North Carolina Theatre. He has taught jazz, music theatre, tap, and ballet for Columbus Children's Theatre, Leap of Faith Dance Studio, and Laurie's Dance Studio. He has been blessed to have worked with many amazing choreographers, directors, actors, and stage managers and had a strong desire to share what he learned as the artistic director of State of the Arts Productions. Quentin opened his production of life on October 2, 1979 in Dayton, Ohio, and closed to a standing ovation on July 5, 2014 in Columbus, Ohio. He has been a lifelong member of the Presbyterian Church. He was preceded in this curtain call by his Grandparents Harold and Earline Edwards, and Arthur Dennis, uncles Douglas Dennis and Arthur Dennis Jr., and God-mother Julia Ann Watkins. Left to continue the show are his parents Larry and Gwen Edwards, Sister Ga’Nene Edwards, sister and brother-in-law, L’Erin and LaMar Price, niece and understudy Lynnix Marie Price, grandmother Constance Dennis, close friend Eric Watkins, God-mother Debra Rivers, and a cast of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
