Ramona L. Pannell

Ramona “Tiny” Pannell, 78, passed away Saturday, April 5, 2014 at Mount Carmel East Hospital after fighting a battle with Lung Cancer. She was born in Pocahontas, WV and lived in Columbus, Ohio for 59 years. She retired from the State of Ohio after 30 years of service. After retirement, she worked for Columbus Public Schools as a part time food service worker for 13 years. She also was very active in the church as a nurse for New Birth Christian Ministries. She loved spending time with her family, bowling and gambling. She is survived by her special friend James Johnson; daughters, Teresa “Tweety” Pannell and Dianne Allen; son, Markas Pannell; granddaughters, Sheila Linville and Aisha Allen; grandson, Duyanne Linville; great granddaughters, Akai Harris, Aubri Harris, LaNiya Linville and Ava Harris; great grandson, Jalen Linville; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
