Ray A. Sims

Ray Albert Sims, 84, born January 29, 1930 in Lawndale, NC, departed this life Monday, March 31, 2014 at The Rehabilitation and Health Center of Gahanna. Proceeded in death by his parents Andrew and Ethel Harshaw, brother Roscoe Sims, and other cherished loved ones. He leaves to cherish his memory, loving wife Bernice Ruff Sims, children Gwendolyn Sims, Adrian Sims, of Columbus, Ohio, Raymond Sims of Norfolk, Virginia; three grandchildren, Lydia (Dwight) Thompson, Jason Harris, Senior, and Tavion Sims; three great-grandchildren, Annylah Byrd, Jason Harris, Junior, and Shawn Thompson; nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other family and friends.
