Regina Whittaker (Headin)

Regina (Headin) Whittaker was born August 14, 1963 in Columbus, Ohio. While growing up in Columbus, she attended Felton Elementary School, Monroe Middle School, and Rosemont High School. She was a member of Saint Dominic Church for many years. Always considered to be "the backbone" of her family, Regina was the best cook and she enjoyed relaxing with her beer. Many of her family and close friends came to know her more affectionately as "Bing Bing." On April 4, 2018, at the age of 54, Regina departed her earthly life while at Grant Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Eugene Whittaker, mother Myrna Lewis Headin, and father Willis Headin. She is survived by her loving son, Richard Brandon Headin; brothers, Reggie Headin, Roger Headin, and Robbie Headin; cousins, Terry McGaughy, Laraunde "Nikki" Brinkley, and Michael Brinkley; and a host of other relatives and friends.
