Richard Payton Jr

Richard Thomas “TJ” Payton, Jr. was born on March 5, 1987 in Columbus, Ohio. He departed this life on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 in Columbus, Ohio due to complications of open heart surgery. Richard is the son of Janein O. Johnson Reid and Richard Thomas Payton, Sr. He attended Brookhaven Senior High School and briefly worked as a laborer at the Ohio Dominican University. As a youth, he often attended Elijah Missionary Center where his grandfather, Arthur James Smith, is Pastor. Richard was never married and had no children. Richard developed an early interest in Rap music and began to develop an impressive catalog of music and videos. Richard was the oldest of six siblings, Grisetta M. Payton, Reyona T. Williams, Darian D. Reid, and Tomeko and Thomas Payton. He also has Step-Siblings; Shalah Charleston, Reginald Williams, Jr. and Wesley, Khalil, and Gabriel Donaldson. Richard has a large immediate and extended family who loves him very much.
