Robert Lee Powell

Robert L. Powell, “Bob” age 52, of Marysville, Ohio, passed away on December 27, 2010. Born in Columbus, OH, he was raised by his grandmother, Willa Mae Powell. Robert was born with Cystic Fibrosis and fought a long battle with complications to the lungs and liver. A graduate of Wherly High School; an employee of Honda of America for over 16 years and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Preceded in death by his mother, Bernice Faye Powell (Funderburke) and grandmother. Robert is survived by his wife of 18 years, Marshalina Powell; daughter, Alycia Powell; granddaughter, Arroya of Groveport; stepson, Paul Kitchen of Dublin; aunt, Joyce (Andrew) Brandon of Columbus; cousins, Collette (William) Batcher of Blacklick; Collin and Cameron (Bobby) Eric (Nikki) Brandon of Columbus. The family requests donations be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in Robert’s name.
