Robert Sandy Tolbert

Robert Sandy Tolbert, age 67, born September 5, 1950, in Columbus, OH, passed away July 14, 2018. After graduating from South High School, he attended The Ohio State University and served in the U.S. Army. Robert retired from the City of Columbus. He enjoyed family gatherings, fishing, and cheering on the OSU Buckeyes. Preceded in death by parents, Alvin and Earlene Tolbert, brothers, Richard and Thomas Tolbert, and sister Patricia Evans. Survived by wife Henrietta Tolbert; daughter Felicia Francis; special niece/daughter Yolanda Tolbert; sisters, Nina (Robert) Strickland and Phyllis (Richard) Williams; brother Edgar Tolbert; granddaughters, Jaren and Jarel Francis; grandsons, Justin Craig and Jerome Francis, III; one great grandson, several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
