Robert Wesley Tinsley, III, age 37, departed this life Thursday, August 6, 2015 in Tampa, Florida. He was born March 31, 1978 in Columbus, OH. Known to his family and friends as Bobby or Bert, he resided in Tampa, Florida where he was a faithful member of Citylife Church, and was employed at Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Robert W., Sr. and Mae Tinsley, Waverly C. and Betty L. Ross; uncles, Romie R. Ross and Anthony W. Ross; aunt, Roxanne Y. (Ross) Johnston. Bobby leaves to cherish his memory his loving father, Robert W. Tinsley, Jr.; loving mother and friend, Karen Ross Tinsley; devoted sisters, Roszell D. King, Robin C. Broussard, Renee A.
