Robin Bernice Palmer

Mrs. Robin Bernice Palmer, went to be the Lord on November 12, 2012. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on December 23, 1957. She graduated from Central High School, Columbus Business Institute and was an employee of the State of Ohio for 27 years. Robin was a devout Christian and was a founding member of New Shiloh Baptist Church. Proceeded by father Robert Phipps Sr.; beloved brother Robert Phipps Jr. and friend Drusilla Taylor. Survived by devoted husband, Theodore D. Palmer II; daughter, Crystal (Jerry Dodoo) Palmer; beloved grandson, Quentin Laurent; mother and best friend, Bernice Davis; adored brothers, Reverend Rodney (Elaine) Phipps, Raynard Phipps, Michael Cleveland; special cousin, Janet (Arthur) Conwell; special friend, Rhonda Williams; mother-in-law, Winfred Taylor; father-in-law, Theodore (Mary Jo) Palmer I; sisters-in-law, Robin (Gary) Hunter, Celeste Palmer, a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
