Rosa Lee Howell

Rosa Lee Howell was born on February 20, 1963, in Columbus, Ohio to the parents of John and Emma Smith. She married Darryl A. Howell in May of 1990. They spent a wonderful 19 years together. They enjoyed fishing together and raising their son, Markeem Leslie. Rosa worked as a home health and until she retired. She was a proud Buckeye and always rooted for her home team. She enjoyed going to various states to visit their casinos and fish. Rosa was preceded in death by her husband, Darryl and their daughter, Rose; her father, John Smith, and her siblings, Margaret Cunningham and Arthur Smith. Rosa leaves to cherish her memory: mother, Emma Lee Smith; son, Markeem Leslie; sisters, Denise (Luther) Leslie, Shirley Williams (Martin Hunter), Stacey Smith, and Tracey (Richard) Smith-Cherry. She also leaves a host nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, in-laws, friends, and a very special and devoted friend Wyatt Davis.
