Rosie Lee Holloway, 77, born November 14, 1933 in Ramer, Alabama, departed this life on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at her Columbus residence. Preceded in death by parents, Beatrice Colvin and Joshua Cargill, brothers, LC Sankey, Jimmie (Rosa) Stephens, and Cepher Cargill, and sisters, Janie B. Carroll and Jessie Mea James. She leaves to cherish her memory, her devoted husband Edward Holloway; daughters, Rose Forney and Alecia Gray; son Garry Holloway; brother James Colvin; sister Dora (Will) Teague; grandchildren, DeShawn (Dawnta) Foster, Erique (Ernika) Forney, Samantha, Damon, Brandy Gray, Shandra, and Gary Holloway, Jr.; 15 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Celebration of Life 12 noon, Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at Mt. Hermon Missionary Baptist Church, 2283 Sunbury Road, where the family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the start of service. Bishop Donald J. Washington, officiating. Interment Eastlawn Cemetery.
