Russell Rendleman Sr

Russell Lowell Rendleman, Sr., age 85, born November 25, 1927, in Iron Station, NC, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2013, with his family by his side. A graduate of Oaklawn High School, Russell retired from Timken Roller Bearing Company after 32 years of loyal service. Preceded in death by son, Russell Lowell Rendleman, Jr., parents, Edward and Bessie Link Rendleman, grandchildren Derek Rendleman and Jennifer Lewis, seven brothers and two sisters. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Geneva Rendleman; daughters, Judy (William) Starks, Casandra (Earthcele) Hall of Randallstown, MD, and Mollie Jones; son Mark Rendleman of Cincinnati, OH; brother Tillis (Lucille) Rendleman of Hickory, NC; stepsons, Osie and Eddie Woodard; six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and many other loving relatives and friends. Russell especially loved spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
