Ruth Albertina Betton

Ruth Albertina Betton, age 70, born February 19, 1947 in Columbus, OH, passed away May 23, 2017. A 1966 graduate of East High School, she attended Bliss College and Columbus State. She was a certified tax preparer and formerly employed by Franklin County Welfare Department, OSU College of Dentistry, and the Child Development Center (CDC). Ruth was a longtime member of Hosack Street Baptist Church where she actively served in various ministries over the years. Predeceased by parents, Lee and Jessie Betton, and brothers, James and John. Survived by brother Reginald (Jacqueline) Betton; sister Regina (Jeffery) Parker; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
