Sarah N. Draper, age 80, passed away Saturday, May 25, 2013 at Arbors East. Predeceased by husband, Andrew N. Draper, Sr., son Verbie Draper, parents, William and Sarah Hinds, brothers, James, Joseph, and Audro Hinds, and sister, “Sis”. Survived by children, Andrew N. Draper, Jr., Dorris (Wayne) Jenkins, Deborah (Ron) Coleman, Vanessa Tanner, and Erick Draper; grandchildren, Felicia (Gary) Thornton, Duncan Draper, Tammy (Monte) Kincaid, James Goolsby, Jr., Devlon Brown, and Camelia Draper; sister Melvin Burness; and a host of great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Celebration of Life 10 a.m., Tuesday, June 4, 2013 in the chapel of DIEHL-WHITTAKER FUNERAL SERVICE, 720 E. Long St., where the family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until the start of service. Pastor L. Michael Harper, officiating. Interment Eastlawn Cemetery.
