Sarah Raven Rayfield

Sarah Raven Rayfield, 1993 - 2022 Sarah Raven Rayfield was born March 9, 1993, in Columbus, Ohio, to Jon Tomas Rayfield and the late Crystal Lynn Perry-Rayfield. Sarah was a vibrant, fun, loving, and happy person, who lived her life to the fullest. She enjoyed her family, friends, socializing and trying new things such as skiing, ice skating and other sports! Sarah was baptized at the age of 13 while attending Second Baptist Church where she enjoyed working with children and served as a faithful assistant with her aunt and brother in the Children’s Church Ministry for several years. She was employed as a Teaching Assistant at the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities from 2008-2009 where she worked with Developmentally Delayed Infants and Children at the Early Childhood Summer Recreation program. Sarah enjoyed traveling and cooking. She was a true “Foodie”. She liked watching cooking shows and trying out new recipes especially if they were “Spicy”. In her earlier years, Sarah was very active and participated in dance-art, cheerleading, volleyball, basketball, and lacrosse. Sarah attended Christ the King elementary, Liberty Christian Academy and Dempsey Middle Schools. She eventually graduated from Delaware Hayes Highschool. Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Bowling Green State University in 2015. Sarah was most recently employed as a Fraud Analyst at JP Morgan Chase Bank. On November 9th, 2019, Sarah gave birth to her son Silas who was the “Light of Her Life” Sarah is proceeded in death by her mother, Crystal L. Perry-Rayfield, grandmother, Barbara Perry-Ogeto, grandfathers Dr. James A. Rayfield and James L. Davidson. She is survived by her beloved parents: Jon and Debra Rayfield, son Silas: brothers Jonathan (Derianna) and Joshua Motilall. Cody Stimpert (son’s father) and many beloved, aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and friends.
