Savannah Ann (Barker) Jones

Savannah Ann Jones, 72, passed away at her residence on August 15, 2011. She was born November 29, 1938 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Joseph W. and Mary Elphie Barker. She is preceded in death by husband, David C. Jones; brothers, Frank, Melvin, Jesse, Garnet, Charles and Jody and sisters, Hattie and Dorothy. She was an Alumni of St. Mary High School and graduate of Ohio Dominican University. She was formerly employed by the Catholic Youth Christian Students, Ohio State University and CMACCO. She is survived by son, David (Tiffany) Jones II; step-daughters, Denice (Curtis) Braziel (TX) and Eileen Jones (CA); stepson, James Jones (TX); brother, David (Debbie) Barker of Columbus, OH; sisters, Cecilia Fields of Chandler AZ and Virginia Marten of Centerville OH; grandchildren, Iyan Sharp, David III and Trinity Jones, Stacey (Kedrian) Brown, Aaron Webb, Tishune (Michael) Jones, William Miller and Ernest McCrory; eight great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
