Savannah Webb was born to the union of Dan and Ada Macon of Columbus, MS. She moved to Tuscaloosa, AL during her young adult years, where she married and resided until she moved to Columbus, Ohio in 1964. Savannah birthed nine children Johnny, Harl, Frankie, Jerome, Elizabeth, Debra, Ennis, Leslie, and Dannie, which she raised with the support of many relatives. Former education did not limit her from providing for her family. Savannah resided on Columbus’s northeast side. She loved to serve. She held various jobs in the hospitality field, and also provided companionship to the elderly. She served for many years at the Spirit Filled Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ, under the late Pastor Charles E. Stevenson. She later accompanied her late daughter Elizabeth at Imani Christian Church. She loved shopping and spending time with family and friends. Savannah was preceded in death by parents Dan and Ada Macon, brothers Dan, Johnnie, Harry, Melvin, and Frank, sisters Junie, Velma, Jennie Rose, sons Johnny, Leslie, Lee, and Dannie, daughter Elizabeth, grandsons Tommy Jr. and Byron. Savannah is survived by sons, Harl (Ruth) Earts, Jerome (Carolyn) Webb Sr., daughters, Frankie (Tyrone) Otis, Debra (Tommie) Butler, 22 grandchildren 46 plus great- grandchildren, 14 great- great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
