Shannon J. (Donaldson) Woods

Shannon J. Woods was born on April 16, 1970, to John D. Donaldson and Linda L. Lavender Donaldson, in Columbus, Ohio. On February 11, 2000, she married Ronald G. Woods, Jr., and they resided in Columbus. Shannon loved to travel, and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She worked in the healthcare field, where her love, dedication and devotion, was to nurture and care for others. She will truly be missed by her children and grandchildren, whom she adored. On January 23, 2014, Shannon was called home unexpectedly to be with the Lord. Shannon was preceded in death by her mother Linda, grandparents Percy and Charity Lavender, aunts Dorothy Brown and Doris Palmer, and nephew Juan Wills. She is survived by her husband Ronald; father John (Billie) Donaldson, Sr.; daughters Alycia (Trumaine) Donaldson Aishia Donaldson; sons Aharron Donaldson Ah’percy Donaldson; grandchildren, Trumaine Banks, Jr., Bra’nya Bowie, and Trust Banks; brothers John Donaldson and Anthony Donaldson; and a host of uncles, cousins, in-laws, very close family and special friends, including Shirlene, Sheila, Peaches, Tawana, Nina, Kim, and Toya.
