Sherry Elaine Williams

Sherry Elaine Williams went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 28, 2012. She was born in Mansfield, Ohio on February 4, 1958 to Lonnie and Louise Eatmon. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelors Degree in Communications. She worked for WBNS-10TV as a floor director before taking a position with the State of Ohio’s Mental Retardation and Developmentally Disabled Department as a public relations specialist. A gifted graphics designer, Sherry opened a photography business with her husband, Charles. As a dedicated Christian she also used her graphics and communications skills in tireless work to Hall’s Memorial Church of God in Christ, Greater Jordon Temple, including its outreach program Greater Works Ministries and Unity Temple Church of God in Christ. She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Charles; two children, Josiah and Abigail; her mother, Louise (Holt) Eatmon; father, Lonnie Eatmon; 4 brothers; Ronald, Donnie, Lonnie and Anthony Eatmon; step-brothers and sisters; Andre, Leonard, Dorothy, Soncarray and Dan Richie; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
