Ssgt. Thomas Usaf (Retired) Stewart

Thomas Edward Stewart, Jr. was born February 26, 1930 to Georgia Perline Stewart (nee Allen) and Thomas Stewart, Sr. in Hansford, West Virginia. At the rank of Staff Sergeant, he retired from the United States Air Force after completing over 20 years of honorable, active duty service to his country. On August 18, 2015, Thomas Edward Stewart was called from labor to reward while in Fort Worth, Texas, where he had relocated to be nearer to his children. He was 85. His parents, and his son, Thomas Stewart, III, preceded him in death. He is survived by his son, Dr. Ronald Stewart; daughters, Angelene Stewart-Pete, Allura D. Crump, and Sylvia Acevedo; brothers, James Stewart and Charles Stewart; sisters, Gloria Williams and Fanny Pace; eleven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
