Steven Lee Parks was born August 2, 1967, to Willie Lee and Zorina Henley McCluley in Columbus, Ohio. He was reared in Columbus where he attended South High School. Throughout his life, he was employed on various jobs and worked as a chef in different restaurants around the city. Steven was a member of Trinity Baptist Church, Columbus, Ohio.
