Teresa Jane 'T' (Brown) Ward

Teresa Jane Ward was born June 22, 1957 to James and Mary George Brown in Bessemer, Alabama. At an early age, Teresa accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior. She relocated to Columbus, Ohio immediately after graduating from J.S. Abrams High School. In 1979, she married Roger Ward and two children, Monte and Chanequa, were born to this blessed union. Teresa loved her family with her whole heart. She was a lover of life and enjoyed bringing love and joy to others. She was well loved by all who knew her. Teresa retired from The Ohio State University Medical Center, where she worked as a Surgical Technician in the Sterile Central Supply Department. Teresa and Roger continued their lives together until God called her home on February 22, 2015 at Heartland Victorian Village. Those who are left to cherish memories of Teresa include her husband, Roger; son Monte (Shari); daughter Chanequa; grandsons, Monte Jr. and Makhi Ward; special aunt Carmella Robinson; special cousin Louise Reeves; and a host of other relatives and friends.
