Terril J. Lofton, 75, transitioned from this earthly life on Tuesday morning, May 24, 2016. He was born May 26, 1940 to Louis J. and Margaret (Stout) Lofton-Davis in Ripley, Ohio. He attended school in Columbus, Ohio. Terril was a former employee of Buckeye Steel Castings and was co-owner of T's Janitorial Service until his health started to fail. Terril was a member of Faithful and True Christian Ministries under Elder William Eakins. Terril was an awesome cook and was known for his peach cobblers and sweet potato pies. He cooked for his sister and brother-in-law at their restaurant, Open Hands Ministry. He was preceded in death by parents Louis J. and Margaret (Stout) Lofton-Davis, sister Barbara Laury, brothers, Martin Davis, Jr. (Tony) and Ron Lofton, and special uncle and aunt, Albert and Minnie Bennett. Terril leaves to cherish his memory, his devoted wife of 37 years, Agnes J. (Hairston) Lofton, daughters, Terrilanne, Kennora, Tyce, and stepdaughter Traci Wilson-Brown (Marcus); sons, Romero, Manuel, and stepson Darrick Wilson; sisters, Delores (David) Foster, Janet (Thomas) Laury, Shirley Payne, Carolyn (Mike) Moorer, Linda Davis, and Peggy Davis; brother Larry (Alesia) Davis; grandchildren, Rasauna, Bria, Rasaun Jr., Leah, and Romaro; many nephews, nieces, cousins, and numerous other family members.
