Thaddeus Battle

Thaddeus Battle was born on February 12, 1956 in Greensboro, Georgia to Eddie Lee and Sarah Elizabeth Battle. He was baptized at an early age at Little Creek Baptist Church in Green County, Georgia. He attended Clarke Central High School. Thaddeus served in the United States Army from 1974-1976. On May 28, 2021, Thaddeus transitioned to Heaven. He was preceded in death by his father, Eddie Lee Battle and sister Sylvia B. Brody. He leaves to cherish his memories, mother, Sarah Elizabeth Battle; son, Master Sergeant Thaddeus Stokes; daughters, Sharica (Johnny) Grant, Kanija Battle, Renee Battle; sister's, Levoun Rucker, Sallie Battle, Roline Stevens; brother, Eddie (Lisa) Battle Jr.; grandsons, Raymond Collier, Royall Collier, Rondae Collier, Garrison Neal,Geron Neal, Jacoby Grant, Jermih Grant, Jadiss Grant; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
