Tina Marie Barton

Tina Marie Barton, affectionately known as “Big Red” , age 40, was born October 16, 1978 in Cleveland OH to Dornell Barton and Patricia Connors. Tina attended South High School Academy and she was baptized at Asbury United Methodist Church. As a youth, she enjoyed soccer, softball and singing. Tina was employed as a patient care specialist. One of her greatest joys was her grandson, Samuel. Tina was a very loving mother, sister, friend, daughter, and grandmother. She was full of life and enjoyed laughter. On April 28, 2019, Tina transitioned from this life. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jessie James Foreman, Lula Barton, Willie Rose and James H. Johnson. Tina’s memories will forever be cherisched by her beloved family: father, Dornell Barton; mother, Patricia Connors; stepmother, Yvette Barton; sons, Tramain Montel Marvin Barton, Steven Allan Barton and Samuel Lamar Barton; grandson, Samuel Lamar Barton, Jr.; brothers, Mason, Tarick and Edward; sisters, MiMie, Nikki, Tiarra, Bridget, Jessica, Tiffany, Maria and Jasmine; best friends forever, Vera, Keisha and Katrina; and a host of loving family and friends.
